The House of Acevi Santillana Apartments (Santillana del Mar hotel) was the first house of JJ Barreda Yebra, as the land of the Marquis of Ensenada in 1753.

It is the origin of a Gothic house, which was renovated in the late seventeenth or early eighteenth century, the upper floors were renovated at least twice: once in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
